If you live and breathe marketing, we should talk! We are looking for a flexible and versatile team member who will actively help us with the marketing of external and internal projects! The tasks of the position include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, their conception and technical implementation. To be successful in this role, you should have practical experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. ‍

Your tasks

• Develop strategies and tactics to generate more traffic and visibility
• Use successful marketing campaigns and help shape their implementation from idea to implementation
• Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, advertising, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Have a say in marketing material from website banners to paper brochures
• Measurement/reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns. Gain insights and evaluate them based on goals ‍

• Studying marketing, media or business administration is an advantage
• Basics Marketing knowledge is important, where you acquired it is secondary
• Good knowledge of German and English
