Starting situation & goals

Mangal was more than just a restaurant from the start: a place that Hospitality, quality and community should connect. But in everyday life, it was shown that the variety of ideas and options a clear orientation made it difficult. The large room offered enormous potential, but was not used in a targeted manner, and the brand stayed difficult for outsiders to grasp. Communication and marketing ran in parallel on many levels, but without a connecting structure. The aim of the collaboration was Mangal has a clear identity, a differentiated concept and an economically viable brand structure as a basis for sustainable growth.

Our Approach

Together with the owner team, we developed a precise positioning and brand architecture, which rearranged the existing potential. Through a Re-branding in three clearly defined areas: restaurant, cocktail bar and event space, a structure was created that makes it possible Targeting different target groupswithout losing brand consistency. In parallel, we designed a Marketing and communication strategy, which makes Mangal's strengths visible and puts the brand on a stable footing in the long term.

Our work

We accompanied Mangal at complete realignment of brand, communication and experience. In addition to Website relaunch (with focus on user guidance, conversion and SEO) we developed extensive print materials, menu and bar cards, outdoor signs and event campaigns. We designed, promoted and held several events, including the associated Event funnels, landing pages, and social media ads.

In close cooperation with the owners, a new product and menu concept, which increases the quality of the offer and has been implemented in a redesigned menu. This new menu structure positions Mangal significantly higher quality, creates orientation for guests and strengthens the gastronomic profile.

By monthly Content productions — photography, video, text — we created a consistent brand presence across all channels. At the same time, we set up internal Marketing processes and responsibilities new to ensure planning, implementation and reporting in the long term. The result: a integrated system of brand, communication and experience.

The results

Shortly after the introduction of the new brand and communication structure, there was an impact: significantly increasing booking figures, structured content production and a noticeable increase in brand clarity. The team gained security in external communications, guests took Mangal as coherent, modern and inviting brand true. The project shows that strategic clarity and genuine hospitality reinforce each other when brand, space and people work together in a system.
