

Schwarzweller is a traditional Würzburg retail company with two locations. As a subsidiary of plantain It combines high-quality interiors, gift ideas, outdoor furniture and beds under one roof. The range ranges from Design pieces and brands such as ASA and wheels up to Outdoor furniture from Weishäupl, Stern and Vermop. The aim of the collaboration was to create the brand to strategically modernize, to make it digitally visible and a younger, design-savvy target group to reach out without losing existing customers.

We have been accompanying Schwarzweller since 2023 as strategic marketing partner with the aim Structure, visibility and systematics to bring into marketing and communication. The focus was on the connection between digital brand management and local activation. Together with managing director Moritz Krämer-Nüttel We developed a communication system that brings the brand essence of “beautiful living and good sleep” to life. In doing so, we combined ongoing marketing management, content production and event strategy to a holistic growth logic.
We realized the complete website relaunch including integration into JTL system and SEO optimization. The new site clearly depicts the various product categories and strengthens local visibility. At the same time, we took over Marketing management and content marketing — with continuous social media communication, product presentations and creative campaigns.
A special activation was achieved with guerrilla marketing campaigns, in which we staged outdoor furniture in a cityscape and documented it on film. This resulted in a strong social media presence with regional appeal.
Together with the team, we developed the “Design-Gut” event series, at which Schwarzweller offered local manufacturers and small brands a stage. These events — from summer parties to Christmas weekends — became an integral part of the brand identity.
Schwarzweller could Significantly increase digital presence and brand perception. The new website continuously generates organic traffic, while social media and events have emotionally charged the brand. The event series Design good became a platform for local creatives and created valuable networks. Through the interplay of strategy, design and local commitment, Schwarzweller won a younger target group and is now clearly positioned as leading address for high-quality living and sleeping in Würzburg.
