Starting situation & goals

Wegerich Is a resident of Würzburg foam manufacturer, which produces high-quality, regionally produced mattresses and gel foam toppers manufactures. In 2023, the company approached us with the aim of Performance of his Amazon listing to improve. The existing listing was solid in terms of content, but was neither search engine optimized nor tailored to the relevant target groups. Our Approach

We started with a in-depth market and data analysisto understand demand, competition and search volume in the gel foam topper segment. Based on this data, we developed a Amazon SEO Strategy, which combines keywords, search intent, and conversion logic. The focus was on clear differentiation through regional production, proven quality and ecological certificates. The result was a positioning that emotional and data-based works at the same time.

Our work

We reworked the entire Amazon listing from the ground up. This included optimized product texts, one structured information architecture, professional 3D renderings and visual elements that reflect the brand's quality standards. Every component — from title to visual language — was created on Conversion and visibility aligned. In addition, we designed a creative local marketing campaignto make the brand tangible outside of Amazon. Created from foam scraps by our illustrator animal silhouettes, which were distributed as small giveaways with brand flyers in Würzburg. This campaign made plantain sympathetically visible and combined sustainable product use with local brand presence.

The results

The optimized Amazon listing achieved higher visibility and significantly improved conversion rates. Today, the product presentation looks more professional, structured and strengthens trust in the brand. At the same time, plantain was able to position itself as regional quality manufacturer sharpen. The local campaign created additional brand recognition and was positively received by customers and partners.
