Hazu

Starting situation & goals

Hazu is a Swiss software company from Visp, which, with its Learning Experience Platform rethinks the process of learning, knowledge transfer and collaboration. The platform is based on a neural network, knowledge in the form of so-called Hazu's — individual points and connections — depicts. The technology is innovative, but requires explanation. The aim of the collaboration was to to make complex product logic understandableto develop a clear line of communication, and Brand understanding and visibility build up.

Our Approach

We started with an intensive Marketing and communication workshop on site in Vispto work out the essence of the brand together with the Hazu team. In doing so, we translated technical product logic into strategically understandable messages and laid the basis for a clear positioning in the educational and organizational environment.


Our key question was: How can a highly complex, AI-based technology be communicated in such a way that Access, Trust, and Enthusiasm creates? This resulted in a communication strategy, which combines product logic and brand mission.

Our work

Following the workshop, we accompanied Hazu for several months in operational marketing and content management. We developed a LinkedIn Strategy for thought leadership, produced Content about learning, collaboration and digital knowledge architecture and switched on targeted Campaigns to increase reach.

In addition, we designed visual assets and communication materials, which make the abstract product visually tangible. The focus was always on Reduce complexity and create relevance, both for decision makers in educational institutions and for organizations in knowledge management.

The results

Through strategic work, Hazu was able to a clear brand and communication structure establish. The brand became visible on LinkedIn and in relevant communities, and the team gained confidence in their own communication. The collaboration helped Hazu technological depth with understandable language and strategic clarity to connect. For the team, the project was also a learning process internally: from pure product thinking to a Communicative brand with a clear storyline. Today, Hazu communicates confidently, precisely and in a target-group-oriented manner.
