Starting situation & goals

Das Landfein is a fine-dining concept with two locations: Winterberg in Sauerland and Sylt an der Düne. Both houses share the philosophy of high-quality, regional cuisine, but interpret it in different ways. At the start of the site on Sylt, the team faced a major challenge. As a new restaurant with no local reputation, it was difficult to find qualified personnel. At the same time, the brand should Landfein be communicated clearly, consistently and tangibly at both locations. The aim was to systematically combine recruiting, brand presence and event communication and to relieve companies so that they could concentrate on the guest experience.

Our Approach

We combined the topics Recruiting, Branding, and Event Marketing to a consistent approach. Sylt stood for Development of a recruiting system in focus, which specifically appeals to chefs and service staff. For Winterberg, the focus was on Event and brand communicationto emotionally retain guests and appeal to new target groups. In both cases, we worked according to Studio-Kom. -System logic: clear processes, consistent design and measurable results.

Our work

For Landfein Sylt We developed a Funnel-based recruiting system with matching Performance campaigns, ads and application logic. In addition, we produced print materials for the location, which serve as a basis for communication in the restaurant and make the brand visible.


For Landfein Winterberg Were we responsible for Conception and marketing of the 2024 summer party. This included Event marketing, VIP and guest invitations, printed products, content production as well as the photographic and film accompaniment to the event. Before the summer party, we realized a Fire shooting, which visually strengthened the brand and is still used today for marketing purposes. All content was designed in such a way that the team can continue to use it independently.

The results

Thanks to the recruiting system on Sylt, we were able to all open positions filled and operations are stabilized. The team is now able to Recruiting and content campaigns to continue. The summer party in Winterberg was a complete success with a high number of visitors and a positive response. The resulting Photo and video assets have become central components of brand communication. Landfein today has a clear, recognizable brand base and two companies that differ in their orientation but are connected by a common communication logic.
