Starting situation & goals

Kullman's Is the first authentic American Diner concept in Germany. Since 1999, the brand has stood for a true US diner experience: high-quality burgers, large portions, honest hospitality and an atmosphere in which everyone feels welcome. Today Kullman's operates five locations as well as several Airstream Food Trucks, all original.


At the start of our collaboration in 2023, the company had grown significantly, but were missing digital structures for recruiting and marketing. Recruiting was complex, uncoordinated and overloaded. The aim was to systematize recruiting, marketing and content marketingto ease the workload on the company and make growth predictable.

Our Approach

Together with owner and management team of Sam Kullman's We developed a scalable growth architecture for personnel, brand and communication. The focus was on building a system that automatically generates applications, simplifies processes and saves internal resources. We combined that Top Talent Flow™ System for recruiting with an ongoing marketing management and a clear content structure. The aim was to use Kullman's as authentic, high-quality and modern diner brand to make it digitally visible and at the same time achieve predictable results.

Our work

We designed and implemented a digital recruiting system, which connects all five locations. Using an individually developed application, restaurant managers can activate jobs independently. The system automatically ensures the appropriate reach, forwards applications to the right locations and does the The entire process can be measured.


At the same time, we took over the ongoing marketing management: Planning and production of social media content, photo and video productions, campaign development and accompanying events with Airstream Food Trucks.

In addition, we developed digital processes for Automate event requests, which are now managed centrally. Even product ideas such as Kullman's BBQ Summer Box developed in close cooperation with the team and were successfully marketed.

The results

Kullman's now has a fully digitized recruiting system, which generates daily applications for all locations. All open positions can quick and predictable be staffed without external personnel resources. At the same time, the brand is more digitally present than ever before. Through structured processes and high-quality content, Kullman's can Stay visible continuously and focus on what makes the brand stand out: authentic American diner experience with quality and character.
